Thank you for shopping with Bold Stride. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you purchase from our store.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Pakistan only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service, location, weather conditions, or public holidays.


Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping on orders above PKR 5,000

  • Shipping charges for orders below PKR 5,000 will be calculated and shown at checkout

Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and order values. Any applicable COD charges will be shown at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volume, courier delays, or weather conditions. Bold Stride is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
